Buffalo Airport Terminal

Buffalo Airport Terminal opened in 2009 and handles both domestic and international flights. 

Levels

Buffalo Airport Terminal comprises a couple of levels:

Lower level

This is the Arrivals level, where baggage claim area is located plus other services such as information desk, rental car counters, a hotel, among others.

Please note that outside this level there can be found ground transportation (hotel shuttles, coaches, public transportation, parking shuttles, taxi, car rentals). 

Upper level

Find here Departures, check-in desks and ticket counters.

There’s a food court and a couple of security checkpoints to the boarding area (the Main Gateway Concourse) where boarding gates 1 to 26 are located. 

Services: Free work stations, chargers, free power share stations, currency exchange.

WNY Freedom Lounge: Open from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm. Services: Newspapers, snacks, TV.

The Club BUF: Open from 5:00am to 5:00pm. Services: snacks, Wi-Fi, drinks, newspapers and magazines, among others.
